Information Sharing Within Our Affiliated Group of Companies

HECM Reverse Mortgage Important Information
FHA Insurance
HECM Reverse Mortgages are U.S. Government-insured FHA loans. The current FHA annual mortgage insurance premium based on the outstanding loan balance, divided by 12, will be added to the loan balance each month.
Reverse Amortization
Reverse mortgage loans do not require monthly payments of principal and interest, accrued interest will be added to the loan balance and borrower’s equity in their home may decrease over time.
Property Taxes and Homeowner's Insurance
Borrower is responsible for paying their property taxes, insurance and any homeowners association fees.
